Why not host your child's next birthday party with the Selkirk Selects!!
By virtue of booking a birthday party, the hosting parent agrees to the
following:

You must remain
in the building at all times.
-
You must
supply own food and ensure no food
is consumed on the gym mats or equipment. The Club is a nut free facility
so please refrain from bringing nut products.

You must clean up after the party
and remove all garbage to the
curb. This is not a coach responsibility.

You must
ensure that every child who is not a member of the Club has a parent or
guardian sign a consent waiver form.

You must
provide all consent forms to the Coach on the day of the party. For liability and insurance purposes, any
child who does not have a signed consent cannot participate.

Please adhere
to end times. Ensure that children are picked up on time. Late fees of $5.00 per child will
apply for every portion of 15 minutes that someone is late picking up
their child.
Payment is due one
week prior to party date.
Please make arrangement with the Birthday Party Coordinator.
The Club will arrange for the Coaches, who will be responsible for
planning the activities.
FEES
$200 3 Hours - up to a
Maximum of 12 kids
1 Senior and 1
Junior Coach will be in attendance
$240 3 Hours - 13 to 18 kids maximum
1 Senior and 2
Junior Coaches will be in attendance
Coach arrives only a few minutes before party start time. Parents can set up for party while the coach
begins activities with the children.
